3.1 Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
ï‚· You have requested a contact call to discuss your team development needs
ï‚· You wish to enquire about our services
ï‚· You want us to run a team development workshop
3.2 We use the information that you have given us in order to contact you to discuss the potential provision of business services, as detailed on our website.
3.3 The circumstance under which we will share your information include:
- if we decide to use a 3rd party CRM platform or mailing provider such as Mailchimp or Hubspot
- if our contact with you progresses to the stage of a proposal for work, leading to you becoming our customer. In this case, we may share your information with other 3rd party organisations or individuals (such as associate facilitators) in order to fulfil our obligations in the provision of the agreed services.
3.4 Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:
(a) Consent: by completing and submitting the contact form on our website, you have been asked for and have given clear consent for us to process your personal data in order for us to contact you about the potential future provision of our business services.
(b) Contract: processing your data is necessary because by completing and submitting the contact form on our website, you have asked us to make contact with you to initiate discussions as a precursor to the potential agreement of a commercial contract between us.

4. How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored.
We keep your personal details as listed at 2, above, for a maximum of 60 months beyond our last interactions with you, whether that be via phone call / video call / email exchange / or in person meeting or workshop.
Data is stored on company hard drives, and other secure CRM platforms (such as Hubspot or Mailchimp) that we may use.
On the expiry of 60 months since our last contact, we will dispose of your information by deletion across all servers, harddrives and 3rd party platforms.
5. Your data protection rights
Under data protection law, you have rights including:
5.1 Your right of access - You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.
5.2 Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

5.4 Your right to restriction of processing - You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
